If New York’s Fashion Week runways were anything to go by, we’re not in for a subtle Fall season. There were bright colours, bold prints and statement accessories everywhere you turned. However, I welcome them all with open arms. Well, the leopard prints at New York Fashion Week obviously.
Personally, I always was under the impression that the 80s were best left… well, in the 80s. I’m much more of a 90s minimalist. By the same token, my one exception to the rule is always leopard prints. And these runways made the 80s take on the fierce print look refreshed & like a bold statement you’d love to make.
Other runway trends included long leather Matrix style coats, furs and tracksuits. Which, I happen to love (and own) all of the above. Yet, you guys know that I have an ultra-ferocious spot in my heart—and wardrobe—for all the leopard prints that I can get my manicured paws on. From Tom Ford to Caroline Herrera, let’s check out the best leopard prints at New York Fashion Week.
